January 2010: Great year ahead. We have perfected a great group of different brews and will soon begin acquiring the equipment necessary to become a real full scale brewery. Wish us luck.

College football is underway. This means that tasting are held every other Saturday at the brewery. Good times are had by all (especially if Penn State wins).

More things happened...

May 16th, 2009: Lone Pint donated a couple of kegs to another crawfish boil (Texans love these things) up in Kingwood.

May 3rd, 2009: A few kegs found their way to the ASME Crawfish boil held on University of Houston's campus. Some Norweign guy told me that our new Blonde Ale was "the best beer he has ever had". He is a foreigner, so read what you can from it. Needless to say, we won't be brewing that again...

December 22, 2008: It's another boy! Wyatt Paul Brown was born. All is well. He also has begun training as a Cellarman.

Things happened...

October 5th-7th, 2007: The annual Texas Crab Hash was held in rainy and muddy conditions. Despite this, many out-of-staters (foreigners) made the trip and enjoyed free beer from Lone Pint Brewery.

September: College football kicks off. Much beer will be "tested" for quality in the next few weekends.

July 17th, 2007: It's a boy! Owen Hopkins Brown was born. All is well. He has begun training as Assistant Brewer.

April 18th thru 21st, 2007: I attended the Craft Brewers Conference in Austin. It was an amazing time. When I wasn't "sampling" beers I could be found listening to seminars presented by industry leaders. Also, with my buddy Cody's assistance, I may have located the future site of the Lone Pint Brewery. Stay tuned.

April 13th & 14th, 2007: Lone Pint donated 40 gallons of brew to the 2007 Texas InterHash. Good times were had by all. Check out our Events section for the pictures. Unfortunately not every photo was appropriate to post on the website. As I said, good times were had by all...

March 12th: Brew Master's Birthday!

February 9th, 2007: Heather and Tim added a new member to the Lone Pint family. Samantha Kathleen Bolla was born on February 9th. Her brewery duties will include sleeping, eating, being cute and drooling once and a while. Mom and baby are doing well, Dad is still recovering.
