Our Brewer’s Select Series allows one of our intrepid brewers to share something special with the world. There’s no way of knowing what creations will emanate from their minds. 

Black India Pale Ales combine hoppiness with roasty-ness. When done well, the beer is very unique, sharing the quaffablity of a porter or dry stout with the hoppy zing of an IPA. Embrace and partake of the hoppy darkness. 

Malt: Pilsner, carafa III, C60, and chocolate wheat 

Hops: Columbus, Amarillo, and Simcoe 

Yeast: House
