SMaSH (Single Malt and Single Hop) IPAs are simple creatures, allowing the true essence of the ingredients to shine through. Occasionally, the simple begets the complex. Yellow Rose is brewed with this philosophy, creating a deliciously complex and irresistible IPA. Santa Anna knows...

Tasting notes: chalk-white head with a very clean malt backbone. The hops impart strong grapefruit, pineapple, and blueberry flavor and aroma.

Gentleman’s Relish

Gentleman’s Relish

ABV: 6.2% IBUs: 28

  • Beer Info

Our Brown Ale is inspired by the ales brewed in England, before the sun set on their empire. Gentleman’s Relish is an American interpretation, more robust in all aspects, yet creamy and silky smooth due to the infusion of nitrogen bubbles. Goes well with toast.

Tasting notes: Dark brown with a thick creamy head; chocolate-caramel-nuttiness yields to a clean hoppy finish. Smooth.

Malt: Maris Otter, Wheat, and Dark Crystal

    Hops: Challenger

    Yeast: House

Zeno’s Pale Ale

ABV: 5.5% IBUs: 39

  • Beer Info

Zeno’s Pale Ale is an homage to one of our favorite public houses, by which craft beer was explored eons ago. Quaffable, citrusy Pale Ales are wonderful things that forever changed the beer world. Thanks, Dave.

Tasting notes: Hazy gold with a fluffy white head. Lemon, pine, and hop-zest in the nose. Light quaffable body with a hoppy citrus bite. Finishes with a smooth sweet breadiness and clean bitterness.

    Malt: Pilsner

    Hops: Citra, Mosaic, and Sultana

The Jabberwocky

The Jabberwocky

ABV: 8.5% IBUs: 114

  • Beer Info

Akin to the Jubjub bird and Bandersnatch, the Jabberwocky is strong, intimidating, and to be feared. However, once slain with a vorpal sword, it becomes an enticing well-balanced Imperial IPA. Hast thou slain the Jabberwock?

Tasting notes: Deep golden with a head made of hop resin; light malt breadiness hidden beneath an onslaught of pungent, hoppy, tropical fruitiness.

    Malt: Golden Promise and Pilsner

    Hops: Columbus and Citra

    Yeast: House
