Lone Pint Brewery Bike Giveaway Official Rules:

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility:
The Lone Pint Brewery Bike Giveaway is open to legal residents of Texas, aged 21 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Lone Pint Brewery, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible.

2. Entry Period:
The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. and ends on November 26, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.

3. How to Enter:
Visit any of our Anniversary events throughout the month of November and purchase a Lone Pint beer! 1 beer = 1 ticket. You may also visit www.lonepint.com and follow the entry instructions. Limit of up to 4 entries per person per day. Entries will be accepted only during the Entry Period.

4. Drawing Date and Location:
The winners will be randomly selected on November 29, 2025, at Lone Pint Brewery located at 507 Commerce St, Magnolia, Texas.

5. Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The actual odds of winning cannot be determined in advance and will vary based on the total number of entries received.

6. Prizes:
Three (3) bikes will be awarded separately as the grand prizes. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each grand prize is $1,770. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives are available.

7. Winner Notification:
The potential winner will be notified either in-person, day of the event, or by email and phone within 5 days after the drawing. The winner must respond within 5 days to claim the prize or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Publicity:
By participating, entrants grant Lone Pint Brewery the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Conditions and Restrictions:
Lone Pint Brewery reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise its integrity. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.

10. Liability Release:
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Lone Pint Brewery and its affiliates from any liability, injuries, or damages arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

11. Governing Law:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of Texas.

12. Privacy:
Information collected will be used in accordance with Lone Pint Brewery's Privacy Policy, available at www.lonepint.com.
